This bill includes a statement number next to the patient name, under the statement date.
Pay a “Teal” MyChart Bill
This bill has a teal strip of color across the top that says “This is the teal bill.”
Pay an Urgent Care Bill
This bill says “Urgent Care” at the top of the bill.
Pay a Lake Health Bill
This bill says “Lake Health is now part of University Hospitals” in the upper left corner of the bill.
