Study Purpose

The purpose of this study is to compare two drugs, Azithromycin or Roflumilast, that doctors are planning to prescribe for their patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.

Who Can Participate

Participants 40 years or older diagnosed with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease whose physician plans to presecribe Azithromycin or Roflumilast may be eligible for this study.
